Our Vehicles
36301 - LX56 DZU
The first E200 for Stagecoach as ordered, although by the time it arrived at Catford Garage (TL) for Route 273 in late 2006 the operation was now the East London Bus Group (ELBG). In 2010 ELBG was brought back by Stagecoach and this bus was Renumbered from 36001 to 36301, to avoid clashing with the other 36001 that had been delivered to the East Midlands OpCo in the meantime.
36301 remained at Catford (TL) until January 1st 2019 when it was withdrawn from London operations and was transferred to Bedford Depot. Corporate colours followed, along with a new destination displays.
In 2023, 36301 was transferred to again, to the Merseyside & South Lancashire region, it later transferred again to Preston, where it was used as a meal break/ferry bus until its final withdrawal in April 2025.
This bus was collection soon after and driven all the way back from Preston to Kent in one day without a single fault or issue.
34366 - LV52 HGC
New in 2002 to Stagecoach Selkent Plumstead Garage (PD) for use on Route 380.
After a short time, the route (380) and buses transferred to Catford Garage (TL), where 34366 stayed for a fair amount of time. 34366 then became a refurb float vehicle working out of Bromley (TB), Plumstead (PD), Catford (TL) and Barking (BK) garages.
In later life 34366 returned to Bromley Garage (TB), in October 2015, 34366 was involved in a minor RTC which meant in was off the road until February 2016 whilst repairs took place.
34366 was then brought by two Bromley (TB) drivers in 2016, to finish its working life off in retirement (Preservation). Being seen at many shows and event in its 10 years in preservation.
We can't believe this bus has been with us for 10 years now, and it still continues to be the Pride of the Fleet.
TA1 - S801 BWC
New into service in December 1999 where TA1 was Stagecoach East London's first low floor bus.
TA1 spent all of its operating life out of Leyton Garage (T) predominately being used on Route 55 but also saw service on Routes 48, 56 and 230 amongst others.
In later life TA1 became the Pride of 'T' fleet and used to attend several shows with Stagecoach.
Upon withdrawal from London TA1 was placed on long term loan to the London Bus Museum at Brooklands, where it was used as a rally control vehicle, looking unloved and deteriorating, TA1 returned to West Ham Garage (WH). In 2019 we was finally given the chance to buy TA1 for preservation.
Since then TA1 has undergone several work to get it back in Mint Condition, a regular rally attending vehicle
34226L - X226 WNO
New in December 2000 to Stagecoach Selkent, Bromley Garage (TB) for use on Route 227.
Whilst at Bromley Garage (TB), 34226 saw use on other routes, such as, 208, 246, 269.
In June 2012, 34226 was the first of the batch to be withdrawn due to a water pump failure, later that year in December, 34226 was brought by Edinburgh Coach Lines.
In October 2016, we made contact with Edinburgh Coach Lines, who stayed in touch, and a phone was received by us in January 2017 from Edinburgh Coach Lines.
During January 2017 we went to collect 34226, and drove it home without any fault or issue.
This bus has been with us ever since.
1632 - SN06 BRF
New in 2006 to Arriva, Dartford Garage (DT) for use on Route 162, the arrival of this bus was a year delayed due to build time.
1632s time at Dartford Garage (DT) was short lived as Route 162 was lost to Metrobus, Orpington Garage, which fellow group bus 253 subsequently operated on during its working life on Metrobus.
after doing some time cruising the streets of north London. 1632 returned back to DT for a short stint covering for refurbs.
1632 went back on route B12,13,15. not long after this 1632 left the operational fleet to become part of the training fleet for new recruits to partake in preliminary driving assessments for existing licence holders.
We have always had an interest in buses in our local area of Bromley.
So we had to make sure we preserved one of these.
